Cancellation of one-time services (e.g., website development, logo design, audit reports) is only allowed before project commencement. Once work has begun, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been initiated or delivered. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: In case of accidental double payment, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
